VILLA MAMAS, AN ICONIC DINING EXPERIENCE

The first Villa Mamas, in the Saar district of Bahrain, opened in 2012 as an extension of Roaya Saleh’s home. Reminiscent of a childhood spent on her family’s farms and in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother, Roaya’s cooking uses local, seasonal ingredients as the starting point for new and traditional dishes from Bahrain and Persia as well as those inspired by her world travels.

The Villa Mamas family has grown over the years. Alongside the original restaurant, three international restaurants have opened in London, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh.

We hold a profound belief in the importance of sourcing locally grown, organic, and seasonal produce, not only for its superior quality but also for its positive impact on the community and the environment.
